Membership allows you full access to our members-only page. This page is the hub of Hillside Online - it’s where you will access all our content and receive access codes to our digital classrooms.
You will be following along with our brick and mortar school, receiving the same lessons, presentations, activities, and access to teacher feedback. We can’t wait to hear how things are going at home!
You will also receive access to our “Teacher’s Lounge” where you will receive tips, encouragement, and be able to ask questions along the way.
We will also host a monthly “open house” where we will check in with you over live stream to make sure you are supported in your homeschool journey.

Online students will have access to our morning time content which includes Bible memory work, hymns, and catechism. We will also provide our weekly Bible reading plan.

Hillside online is appropriate for K-8th grade and operates as a family style learning platform. Differentiated learning techniques are incorporated into our lessons.
However, you can use parent discretion and adapt lessons and content as needed.

No - but if you want to make the most of our program than we would recommend you doing so.
Our weekly guides (lesson plans) will coordinate with the curriculums to create a comprehensive learning experience. However, parents in our brick and mortar schools do not always purchase the curriculum so it’s up to you and what fits your family goals best.
For the 2026-2027 below are the curriculums we will be using:

No - we are strictly here to support your homeschooling experience. We do not assign work, complete grading, or serve as a replacement for covering content.
We are here to support you and provide the plan, instructional materials, and community support to give you and your student the best homeschooling experience.
Hillside Online does not utilize live classes, all learning is asynchronous and led by the parent.

Our online members will begin formal lessons and receive weekly lesson plans at the same time as our brick and mortar program (September 7th).

Despite breaks and the summer season we will continue to be here supporting you with learning extensions, book clubs, seasonally appropriate activities, and resources every step of the way.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
