We are here to bring joy to your homeschooling experience. Our mission is to create a weekly Christ-centered community for students and their families. Teacher led, interactive lessons and activities are provided, as well as ample time for play and nature exploration. Our hope is that our students will grow, play and learn in goodness, beauty and truth.

Life at Hillside

Hillside is more than a homeschool co-op. It’s a family.

Our students and families come together under one roof to learn, play and grow together. Modeled after the one-room schoolhouse which incorporates lessons and activities for a variety of ages.

Details

  • Classes are held at Grace Point Fellowship in Kingsport, TN.

  • Classes are held every Tuesday from 9:30-12:30. Please check out our school calendar for more specific details.

  • Currently serving grades K-5th.

  • For the 2024-2025 school year we will be using Beautiful Feet Books: Around the World in Picture Books for our study of Europe.

  • Days at Hillside may vary from lesson to lesson but most days will follow the schedule below.
