Hillside exists to help families create a beautiful, faith-filled education rooted in goodness, beauty, and truth — both locally and online. Through classical Christian learning, immersive enrichment experiences, digital resources, hands-on learning opportunities, and meaningful community, we seek to support and encourage homeschooling families wherever they are on their journey.
Our programs are designed to cultivate wonder, creativity, wisdom, and joyful learning through a biblical worldview. From literature and history to science, geography, nature study, and the arts, students are invited to explore, grow, and learn in an atmosphere that nurtures both the mind and the heart.
Whether gathering together in person or learning from home, our hope is that every family who joins Hillside feels equipped, encouraged, and inspired to pursue a rich Christ-centered education.

Step into the charming world of The Penderwicks with this beautifully designed literature-based enrichment unit study from Hillside Homeschool Enrichment. Inspired by the adventures of Rosalind, Skye, Jane, Batty, and Jeffrey at Arundel, this guide invites learners to explore the story through meaningful discussion, creative activities, nature study, art, writing, and hands-on learning.
This flexible unit includes 9 engaging lessons that can be completed at your own pace or used as a weekly study over the course of 9 weeks. Each lesson contains chapter summaries, narration opportunities, discussion questions, writing prompts, themed activities, and lesson extensions designed to deepen comprehension while fostering imagination and curiosity.

Perfect for homeschool enrichment, summer learning, book clubs, or gentle literature study, The Penderwicks unit encourages learners to keep reading, exploring, imagining, and adventuring long after the final page is turned.
Coming Fall 2026
Hillside Learning Boxes are thoughtfully curated, immersive learning experiences designed to bring stories, cultures, history, geography, and discovery to life right at home. Each box is filled with carefully selected hands-on materials that invite students to explore the world in a meaningful and memorable way.
These locally rentable learning boxes will be available beginning Fall 2026. Families will be able to reserve themed boxes throughout the year and enjoy an immersive educational experience from the comfort of home.
Hillside Online
Hillside Online is a subscription-based extension of the Hillside learning experience, designed to bring meaningful, beautiful, and engaging education into homes everywhere. Members gain access to the studies, lessons, and enrichment content used at Hillside Homeschool Enrichment, including history, geography, literature, and hands-on learning.
Rooted in truth, beauty, and goodness, Hillside Online helps families cultivate a love of learning through rich living books, thoughtful projects, creative exploration, and meaningful connections across subjects—all from a biblical worldview.

Our Global Partnership
Since 2024, Hillside Homeschool Enrichment has partnered with our friends in Africa to support Christian education internationally. Lift a Family Mission International is a Christian-based non-profit organization that works to support vulnerable children and families in Uganda by providing holistic care, including education, medical attention, nourishing meals, and discipleship.
