Science

Students will explore creation within earth science. We will be covering topics including the observable universe, the solar system, earths layers, the cycles of life, unique places, and so much more. We will use maps, pictures, diagrams, lecture, and hands on experimentation to grow students understanding of science and its Creator.

Curriculum

Our Science course will be using Apologia Earth Science. There is both a textbook and workbook option for the class. These are not required but you may wish to purchase if you want to follow along at home or go more in depth. Slides, worksheets, and classroom resources will be provided to you in the Science Google Classroom.

About the Curriculum: Author Rachael Yunis and retired NASA engineer Sam Yunis team up to deliver Exploring Creation with Earth Science textbook. This is part of the award-winning Young Explorer Series, voted #1 in homeschool science curriculum. This elementary-level Earth Science course points students to God as they discover what makes Earth special and capable of sustaining life.
