History & Geography
Students will travel through time from creation to modern day and explore how people lived, worked, discovered, and changed the world. This course will use maps, timelines, stories, art, and interactive hands-on projects to help us understand the past!

History Curriculum
We will be using The Good and The Beautiful History Year Two for our curriculum choice. It is up to you if you want to purchase the curriculum in it’s entirety, it is not required. In our class, we create weekly slides and resources that will be available to you in our Google classroom.
Geography
This year in Geography, students will explore all 50 states while learning about U.S. regions, capitals, landmarks, landforms, cultures, and natural resources.
Through maps, hands-on activities, stories, and regional foods, students will develop a greater understanding and appreciation of our beautiful and diverse country.
No curriculum is needed for this course. The Memoria Press States and Capitals serves as the basis for the class.
